Summary

Engineer with an MBA and 10+ years of experience building web and Windows software on the Microsoft stack — Angular, C#, .NET Core, Razor Pages, .NET MVC, and ADO.NET — across the manufacturing, financial, telecom, and e-commerce industries. Since 2025, I integrated AI coding assistants directly into the delivery pipeline to accelerate implementation-heavy work, while personally retaining ownership of security, source control, and prioritization.

AI in my workflow
Where AI fits, and where it doesn't
In production use since 2025, on the two most recent projects below.
What I hand to AI
  • Angular services, modules, routers & directives
  • Node.js / TypeScript scripts
  • SQL: stored procedures, UDFs, tables & indexes
  • C#: WebAPI, web services, DB access, multithreading, CLI tools, remote process automation
What I keep for myself
  • Security — authentication, secrets, compliance review
  • Version control — branching strategy, merges, release management
  • Prioritization — scoping and tradeoff calls AI has no stake in
  • Angular components — UI/UX composition & component design
  • HTML structure & CSS — page layout and visual styling
Daily tools: Claude Code Grok Gemini ChatGPT GitHub Copilot
AI drafts, I execute. No AI tool ever holds database credentials, environment secrets, or direct system access — every query, script, and stored procedure is reviewed by me and run under my own credentials.

Nextera Facilities Reporting

Rules-based payment tracking system used by managers to monitor the amount and frequency of infrastructure payments — covering thousands of wind turbines, collection lines, and transmission lines — across a major utility company's network.

  • Selected a leading Angular/TypeScript template as the UI framework
  • Built WebAPI controllers for application data access; used LINQ to filter and sort Entity Framework lists before returning results
  • Created Azure Functions to expose the .NET API to the front end
  • Implemented Microsoft Entra authentication and integrated the existing roles database with Entra claims, matching on email so existing users kept their permissions
  • Migrated on-prem Windows Server processes to Azure VPS environments across multiple availability zones
  • Implemented CI/CD pipelines across Dev, UAT, and Production
  • Built a Visual Studio Test automation framework run automatically before each build
  • Built views for infrastructure and payment data; unit-tested TypeScript functions with Karma
  • Deployed via PowerShell to an Azure App Service Premium environment
AI collaboration
Used Claude Code, Grok, Gemini, and ChatGPT to draft Angular services/routing logic, WebAPI controllers, LINQ queries, and SQL Server stored procedures/indexes as text — I reviewed every statement and executed all database changes myself, under my own credentials. Component markup/styling, Entra security integration, Git/CI-CD branching strategy, and sprint prioritization stayed fully mine.

Lead .NET Developer, Business Continuity
Business Continuity Database

.NET Core / SQL Server application capturing Nokia's organizational structure and each unit's processes and dependencies, so managers could identify which projects were essential to daily operations and track disruption-planning progress.

  • Selected a leading Bootstrap template for the UI framework
  • Built Razor pages in .NET 8 for the business continuity workflow
  • Implemented Azure Active Directory authentication
  • Built user, role, permission, user-role, and role-permission views for administration and authorization
  • Built SSRS reports on organizational compliance with Nokia's Business Continuity policy, by manager
AI collaboration
Used Claude Code and ChatGPT to accelerate Razor page scaffolding, C# business logic, and SQL Server schema and stored-procedure drafting — I reviewed and ran every script myself, under my own credentials, before deployment. Version control strategy and prioritization decisions stayed fully human-directed.
Result: delivered ahead of schedule. Once business continuity data went live, organizational compliance with the Business Continuity Planning policy rose from 40% to 98% within three weeks.

WPF/SQL Developer, Global Risk & Lead .NET Developer, Loan Securitization
WPF Database Comparison Utility

Four databases across dev, UAT, and prod had drifted from source control in different directions. Built a WPF utility that ran 12 concurrent Red Gate SQL Compare threads, monitored them, and concatenated the results into a single deviation report so teams could decide what to roll forward or back.

  • Built the C#/WPF comparison and monitoring utility
  • Integrated Red Gate Subversion across 12+ existing databases
  • Used the SharpSVN API to diff Subversion stored procedures against live SQL
  • Built a generic multithreaded process list, cutting comparison cycle time over 80%
  • Used MVVM to keep the presentation layer maintainable
  • Distributed SSRS/HTML deviation reports via a Windows service and System.Net.Mail over IIS SMTP

Loan Securitization Application

Supported Wells Fargo's ongoing delivery of loan receivables to the Federal Reserve as loan collateral — letting users search, sort, and export delivery files from an inventory of 10M+ loans, where search/sort speed against a constantly growing loan book was the core constraint.

  • Added indexes based on user-authored rules
  • Built SSIS packages to load and transform external data
  • Denormalized large loan tables into manageable sub-tables
  • Built ASP.NET UIs to preview, define, and run custom loan delivery processes
  • Built SSRS reports on pledged/unpledged loan status
  • Reviewed, tested, and deployed changesets from multiple developers to production
  • Wrote deployment scripts, docs, and checklists covering SSIS, DDL/DTL, and ASP.NET/C# business logic across environments
  • Maintained dev/UAT/prod integrity and handled ongoing change requests

  • Designed the database for price quotes and sales requests
  • Built an ADO.NET data access layer returning generic object lists to the controller
  • Extended the ASP.NET user/role application block with a permissions table defining each role
  • Used ASP.NET AJAX and Telerik components for a more interactive, polished UI

ASP.NET/C# application for scheduling and reporting on cellphone testing projects — letting managers add, edit, search, and summarize projects, and external users track the status of their own device tests.

  • Built the ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server UI to manage test projects
  • Built user/role management and project-assignment interfaces
  • Built an ADO.NET data access layer returning generic object lists to the controller
  • Used ASP.NET AJAX components for a clean data presentation

CAMS Fraud Reporting

Visa's fraud reporting system leaned on a WinForms/command-line processing module and a web reporting app for which no source existed — decompiled from IDL with RemoteSoft Salamander and rewritten as a C#/SQL Server WinForms processor using password-less PGP, paired with an ASP.NET/VB.NET/SQL Server web app for reviewing and updating fraud status.

  • Decompiled the command-line application into C# and made it human-readable
  • Added the PGP Blackbox library to meet PCI compliance
  • Built ADO.NET data objects to load parsed command-line/WinForms output into SQL Server
  • Built the ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server front end for compromised card reporting and management annotation
  • Built Crystal Reports for summarized account data, including PDF generation from C# batch processes
